Have never been this angry (for real tho)

Also this is my first review ever written on the app store. I purchased a 20 dollars pack and a bunch of stuff in the game and the next day i logged in it was all gone. I contacted the support team which is sooo unresponsive and useless and it took them a week to tell me they had to transfer my case to another team and ever since i havent heard from anyone anymore. So i opened up another ticket providing screenshots of my itunes purchase receipt and guess what they didnt even bother to reply me this time. Its been 3weeks, and i still havent gotten back what i paid for. Very disappointed also what a way to treat your fans and customers. Im done, contacting apple for my refund.
