SCREW THIS GAME!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Let me start from the beginning. I was one of the first to download Assassins Creed Identity onto my iPad 3, everything was going well until App Store said that it had a new update. I tried to download the update, but it wouldnt do anything, so I waited several weeks to try download it again...still nothing happened. Then I deleted and reinstalled Assassins Creed (it didnt call for my password...it usually does call for it) and it still wouldnt update, so I deleted and reinstalled it again and now it wont download!! Please help!!!
